In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkjo" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated under the brand pkjo and accessible at pkjo.onl, including all sub-pages, games, and services offered thereon.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the pkjo platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a player on pkjo, through which that player accesses games, deposits funds, places bets, and requests withdrawals.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player from their own payment method and credited to their pkjo account for wagering purposes.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of any person employed by pkjo or its affiliated operators and software providers, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pkjo account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. pkjo may request verification of this information at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of your registered mobile number or email address
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. pkjo will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any loss resulting from the compromise of your credentials due to your own negligence is your sole responsibility.

pkjo reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that these terms have been breached or that fraudulent activity is occurring.

All financial transactions on the pkjo platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkjo supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Nagad mobile wallet
• Rocket mobile wallet
• Upay mobile wallet
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL)
• City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported banking channels

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pkjo does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless the player has submitted a formal request for an alternative method and that request has been approved by the pkjo finance team. pkjo targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 72 hours.

pkjo is entitled to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, age verification, or payment method verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

pkjo offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers to be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games may contribute 10%–20%; sports bets at odds below 1.50 may not contribute at all. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.
• pkjo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus granted in error, including where the bonus was triggered by fraudulent activity or a technical malfunction.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated tools to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus and winnings balances and the permanent closure of the account.

All casino games available on the pkjo platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent of all previous outcomes. pkjo does not interfere with, override, or influence the results of any certified game.

Specific rules for each game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, game mechanics, side-bet rules, and paytable structures — are made available within each individual game's interface, as provided by the respective game developer. Players are encouraged to review game rules before wagering real money.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnections, software errors, or display failures — pkjo's outcome determination system will be treated as the definitive record of game results. pkjo is not liable for losses arising from a player's internet disconnection during an active game session.

All sports bets placed on the pkjo platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules available within the pkjo sportsbook interface:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pkjo reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and bets placed at materially incorrect odds may be voided.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Where no official result is declared, bets on the match outcome will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. pkjo is not liable for the rejection of an in-play bet due to a change in match status occurring between the time the player submitted the bet and the time the system processed it.
• Maximum winnings on any single bet or accumulator may be capped as specified within the pkjo sportsbook for each sport and market type. Players should review applicable limits before placing large wagers.
• Betting on cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events follows market-specific rules. Where an event is rescheduled within 48 hours of the original kick-off or start time, bets will generally remain valid unless otherwise stated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkjo platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and pkjo reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment instruments
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using pkjo as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkjo staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or account restriction that has been applied at your own request or by pkjo

pkjo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit the player to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pkjo platform without express written authorisation.

Game titles, graphics, and software made available through pkjo remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are used by pkjo under commercial licence agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkjo's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkjo shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including mobile network outages, payment gateway downtime, or internet service provider issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pkjo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

pkjo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkjo.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an account on pkjo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

pkjo employs SSL/TLS encryption across all platform interactions to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. pkjo will never sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

pkjo makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside of the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
